Anàlisi feminista de les xarxes socials de les migrants colombianes al País Valencià

The results of this piece of research2 on migrant women3 are presented from a feminist approach. The research shows the current diversity in migration processes and, specifically, the key role of finding out the social practices of political migrants. The differences and similarities found in the two groups' social networks and practices are identified and compared from a social point of view, through a completely new interpretation of the concepts of economic and political migrants. This research thus aims to understand the characteristics of participative practices within the group of Colombian migrants living and taking part in two societies at the same time.
Multi-scale analysis of the European airspace using network community detection

We show that the European airspace can be represented as a multi-scale traffic network whose nodes are airports, sectors, or navigation points and links are defined and weighted according to the traffic of flights between the nodes. By using a unique database of the air traffic in the European airspace, we investigate the architecture of these networks with a special emphasis on their community structure. Conflict and segregation in networks: An experiment on the interplay between individual preferences and social influence

We examine the interplay between a person's individual preference and the social influence others exert. We provide a model of network relationships with conflicting preferences, where individuals are better off coordinating with those around them, but where not all have a preference for the same action. We test our model in an experiment, varying the level of conflicting preferences between individuals. Our findings suggest that preferences are more salient than social influence, under conflicting preferences: subjects relate mainly with others who have the same preferences. New electronic forms of political communication have become increasingly popular in countries with weak democratic institutions. The effectiveness of these new forms of association in altering political behavior, however, remains uncertain even in developed democratic regimes. This paper investigates connections between regional variation in electoral behavior and regional distribution of electronic social networks in the case of Ukraine's polarized and institutionally unstable democracy. Evaluating security and privacy issues of social networks based information systems in Industry 4.0

[EN] The present study aimed to analyse the main risks related to security and privacy of social networks based information systems in Industry 4.0. The methodology we used is an innovative exploratory data-driven process divided into three steps. First, we performed sentiment analysis to divide the database composed of 67, 206 tweets into feelings. Second, we applied a topic-modelling algorithm to extract topics. Third, we applied textual analysis to collect insights. A total of 10 topics related to security and privacy issues were identified as results. The paper concludes with a discussion of the challenges and main concerns related to the identified topics.
